Dear IBM, Traveler just works... Thank you!
Dear IBM,
I have implemented a number of Lotus Notes Traveler configurations so far. My customers don't call me second time. It just works.

Multithreaded replication in Notes client comes with 8.5.2. It's a perfect feature for people like me. I am working 4-5 different servers each time. Formerly, If I had a large database replicating, I were not even able to receive my new messages.
On the other hand, servers have 'pseudo' multithreaded replication. If you set notes.ini parameter "Replicators", there will be more than one replicator task.
Here are old and new versions of business partner marks. They used my favorite blue :)
OK, the subject is false... Lotus Traveler is a free product for Lotus Domino Servers. But there is a small detail to be evaluated.
You are not using express licensing. You have several server PVU licenses for your servers and you want to install a seperate Traveler Server.
Since Traveler server code will be installed on top of Lotus Domino Server, now the question comes in: Do I need an additional Domino Server PVUs for this seperate server?
In 2003, my customer brought me a very tough problem. They were going to need a content management system for their web sites. Content should be generated and modified by different types of users (from inside company and outside agencies).
First we tried to build a Notes database hosted on a dedicated domino server but massive numbers of impressions were kicking response times underground... But we needed Domino, because content editors were wide-spread inside and outside company. Replication and data flexibility were indispensable.
I like Google Chrome. I see many bloggers prefer Chrome and Firefox. An important amount of my visitors also use Chrome and Firefox. IBM is officially using Firefox for sometime.
Stuart tweetedsome time ago: "If IBM had architected and implemented Partnerworld for a paying customer, do you think they'd have been sued? ". It has been in 'things to be blogged' folder for a while.
ibm.com and underlying web sites are very good candidates for 'worst vendor sites ever'!
Several weeks ago Volker Weber (one of the most popular and divergent bloggers in the community) blogged about XPages and its future.
Vowe mentions about a speculation of building WAS implementation about XPages. It reminded me a constant argument about 'thinking/marketing/selling Domino server as an application development environment'. BTW the argument is so old that Ed Brill blogged in 2003: "Another conspiracy element addressed" :)
At last, I have completed my research thesis for the graduate study at Management Engineering. Yesterday, the board decided I am done and able to graduate finally :)
